Porous ceramics is a new filter material for water purification, it can remove the suspended substances in the water to reduce turbidity. It features large surface areas, excellent chemical resistance, withstanding high temperature,less water consumption, etc.
KDF (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion )are high purity,granulated copper and zinc-based alloys that treat water through a process based upon principle of REDOX(Oxidation-reduction). It is able to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, iron, and hydrogen sulfide from water supplies. The process also has an anti-bacterial, algaecitic, and fungicitic, effect and may reduce the accumulation of lime scale. If mixed with activated carbon, KDF can extend the life of the activated carbon as long as 15 times.
The porous ceramics and KDF described above both have long service lives of four or five years and low resistance for liquid flow. They are more durable in severe environments their characteristics permit them to satisfy very specific requirements of the places with bad water sources.
