Demineralized water-Primary demineralization system
Ion exchange, a well established technology for purifying water by trading ions in solution with ions, is becoming widely used in water treatment.
Ion exchange demineralization system usually consists of primary demineralization system and primary demineralization + mixed bed system.
Primary demineralization system:
First,H+ / cation exchanger exchanges cations(i.e. Ca2+,Mg2+,Na+)to discharge H+ ,then OH+ / cation exchanger exchanges anions(i.e. HCO3-,SO42-,CL-)to discharge OH+ . Various minerals within water can be nearly removed through the treatment above.
The primary demineralization can not produce high quality water because of its simple process, sometimes weak supervision can also have effect on the water quality.
