Application Range

The Process Flow of  MV Series 

Feed Water→Feed Water Pump→Multi-Media Filter→Resin Softener→Cartridge Filter→ High Pressure Pump →RO Unit→PermeateTank→Water Supply Pump→Permeate Out 

Process Flow

Being forced by feed water pump, the feed water first flows into from multi-filter, resin softener to cartridge filter in pretreatment system. Then the water flows over RO membranes under the pressure of high pressure pump, a percentage of the water is forced through, this is permeated water, will be stored in permeate tank for use, the remaining is concentrated water, retains the rejected contaminants to be drained.

Pretreatment System   

The RO process begins with pretreatment of the feed water, the pretreatment allows large particulates and contaninats to be easily moved before reaching the membranes used in the RO process, the service life of RO membranes will be increased. The pretreatment system includes solenoid control valve, raw water pump, multi-media filter, resin softener, cartridge filter etc

Solenoid Control Valve  

Direct-acting solenoid valve as normally closed, is installed on the outlet pipe of the feed water pump to control feed and in membrane flushing. It not only can prevent membranes of RO system from damaging result of lacking water, but  also can keep the membranes in original performance when the unit stops. 

Raw Water Pump  

Stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump, features stable performance, low voice and high efficiency. It will provide adequate pressure available for pretreatment.

Mlti-Media Filter  

The filters cotaining quartz sand or activated carton can remove turbidity, odour and colur within the water. The quartz sand is used to keep small medias out, such as suspended substances, colloids, rust, alage, microorganism etc. Due to multi-pore structure，activated carbons can have enormous surface area available for absorption of chloridion, organics etc. 

Resin Softener and Salt Tank

Resin Softener   When water contains a significant amount of calcium and magnesium, it is called hard water. Hard water is known to clog pipes and to complicate soap and detergent dissolving in water. Resin Softener are specific ion exchangers that are designed to remove calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺) ions. Storng-acid sodion exchange resin is used as the exchange iron to  replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the water. 

Salt Tank    After softening a large quantity of hard water the exchange medium becomes coated with calcium and magnesium ions. When this occurs, the exchange medium must be recharged or regenerated. Sodium chloride in salt tank used for regeneration gets flushed out of the system and may be released into the soil or sewer.

Cartridge Filter    

A Cartridge Filter consists of a replaceable cartridge type filter that is installed into a plumbing pipe, where water is forced through the cartridge, thereby physically removing whatever dissolved particles, chemicals or odors are present (depending on what type filter cartridge is inside the filter housing), protecting RO membranes from clogging.

High Pressure Pump

Stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump, CDL2-150 Type, features stable performance, low voice and high efficiency. It will run RO Unit at an ideal pressure level regardless of the pressure going in.

RO Membranes

We use low pressure RO memebranes which combine energy savings, long service life, high productivity and rejection, only allow passage of water molecules but not inorganic salt, bacterias,virus,ions,organics,microoganisms etc. The permeated water will present optimized activity, dissolving capacity as well as penetrability.

Water Storage and Supply System

This system contains two parts: purified water tank and purified water pump.

Purified water tank: Be made of PE, used for storing water.

Purified water pump: Stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump, CHL4-40 Type, features stable performance, low voice and high efficiency. It will deliver purified water for consumption.
