The alcoholic plant employed electrodialysis and mixed bed technologies of water treatment at its initial establishment. Most cost has been used for regenerating acid and alkali. Additionally, the alcoholic plant is about 20 kilometers farfrom the water plant, the transportation cost can reach 100,000 CNY. According to the pratical situation, we’ve set up a new RO system with 2t/h permeate for making alcohol.

Feed Water Tank→→Feed Water Pump→→Sand Filter（Autotrol 180 Control Valve）→→Activated Carbon Filter（Autotrol 180 Control Valve）→→Resin Softener（Autotrol 180 Control Valve）→→Cartridge Filter→→One Stage High Pressure Pump→→One Stage RO unit（3t/h）→→Middle Water Tank→→Two Stage High Pressure Pump→→One Stage RO unit（2t/h）→→UV Sterilization System→→Permeate Tank
